Meet the Team
Welcome families!

CommuniKids Speech and Language Services is a pediatric speech therapy practice providing high quality, engaging, play-based speech and language intervention. We provide a mix of in-home or in-school speech therapy - either way, we come to you for everything from full service evaluations, weekly speech therapy sessions, literacy tutoring, and consultation with parents and caregivers. We value a team-based approach, working closely with each child's family, teachers, and other therapists.

Approach to Therapy

It's all about having fun! Play is an essential part of development and it is the basis of how I approach most speech and language therapy sessions. Incorporating speech and language targets into the child's natural play environment keeps the child engaged and motivated to continue working toward their goals. Plus, it's fun! I provide encouragement and feedback throughout the session to help the child understand what is expected of them and how they can continue to improve.
